Privacy notice for ContentPillow

This is a plain description of what the service handles and why. It is general, not a contract, and it is kept short on purpose.

Why we hold anything at all

A marketplace cannot work with no information. We keep what is needed to run your account, show your orders and take payments into your balance.

Browsing this site's public pages does not require an account. You can read everything here before deciding to sign up, and nothing in the guides asks for a form.

What goes in, and what for

Account details

Sign-in information and the name you give us, so you can log in, see your balance and find past orders.

Order records

The links you chose, the pages they point to, the article text and the status of each placement.

Payment records

Balance top-ups, invoices and proforma invoices, so your accounting matches ours.

Basic usage records

Technical information such as pages requested and errors, used to keep the service working and to spot abuse.

Who sees it

We do not sell your account information. We use service providers to host the site and process payments, and they handle data only to do that work.

Publishers whose sites carry your link see the page and the text of the placement, since that is the product. They do not see your account.

If you connect an AI assistant over MCP, whatever you discuss with it is governed by that assistant's own terms.

Where a legal request or a safety concern requires it, we may need to share information. Otherwise it stays with the service and the providers who run it.

Publishers and agents

If you sell links as a publisher, we also hold the details of your site and your payout settings. These are needed to approve placements and send payouts.

We keep records that help us notice abuse. That is a short sentence, and it covers a lot.

Cookies and your choices

Cookies keep you signed in. They also remember basic settings. You can block them in your browser, though the account area may then stop working and you would need to allow them again to log in.

To ask about your information, or to have something corrected or removed, use your account page. We will respond there. If rules where you live give you further rights, they apply regardless of what this short notice says.

This notice may change as the service changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated, and the terms sit alongside it.
