Terms of use for ContentPillow
These are the ground rules between you and ContentPillow, written in ordinary language. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them.
What you are buying
You are buying individual placements on third-party websites, each pointing to a page you choose. Prices are shown per link before you pay, and the basket charges nothing until you confirm.
Placements are described as permanent dofollow when ordered. Third-party sites are not ours, so we cannot control what a site owner does later.
What you agree to
- The pages you point links at belong to you or you have permission to promote them
- Your own prompt or article does not break the law or someone else's rights
- You will not point links at illegal, deceptive or harmful pages
- You keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you suspect misuse
- You approve payment of any basket yourself, even if an AI agent filled it
Balance and payment
You top up the balance in the dashboard, not through the API. Orders are paid from that balance, and invoices and proforma invoices are available.
If something looks wrong with a charge, raise it from your account page and we will look at it. Keep your invoice and the order date handy, since both speed things up.
Using AI agents and the API
You may order by API with a key or through an AI agent over MCP. An agent can browse donors and fill a basket. Paying is always your own decision.
Keep your key secret. Anything done with it counts as done by you, so rotate it if it leaks.
Do not use the API or an agent to flood the marketplace. Fair use keeps the service fast for everyone. Orders can be limited if usage looks abusive.
What we cannot promise
We make no promise about rankings, traffic or search results. Search engines change their rules, and a link that helped yesterday may count for less tomorrow.
We may refuse or remove an order that breaks these terms. We may also change the service or these terms over time, and continuing to use ContentPillow after a change means you accept it. Check back now and then.
Publishers who sell on the marketplace approve each placement and are paid weekly under the terms shown in their dashboard. For anything else, see the privacy notice or write to us through your account.
